Short Fibre Spraying

Short Fibre Spraying
Short Fibre Spraying
A cost-effective alternative to GRP procedures.
The SFS Technology is particularly suitable for large structural components with high stability requirements (maximum mold clamping surface 2,000 x 1,500 mm).

No varnishing of plastic parts when using „Class A“ films, expecially for exterior parts. Whether you use PC-ITR, ASA/PC-PMMA or ABS-PMMA, these films are at first formed as outer layer via vacuum thermoforming and subsequently sprayed on via SFS Technique. In the process a robot feeds a compound consisting of glass fibres and polyurethane in a mold.
You do not need an upper die nor a pressing tool device.
We introduced SFS-Technology at the start of the year 2007 in Neureichenau and predominantly use it in the commercial vehicle sector for tractor engine hoods, front panels, side linings, fenders and roofs as well as for recreation vehicles.
