PARAT uses a processing and mill center for contour machining of high-quality formed components. This center comprises 15 portal milling machines with tandem tables and 6 robot cells as well as a waterjet cutting plant.

 

Here we can process components with a maximum size of 2,500 x 1,600 mm. The generation of the machining program happens in advance via state-of-the-art CAM interfaces.

 

Therefore we are able to minimize the complete project phase to the limit, from design approval to the finished assembly. In addition, the finished components conform to the engineering data at first go and so extensive optimization procedures can be avoided.
