PARAT can look back on more than 40 years of experience regarding vacuum thermoforming.

 

Disposing of ten vacuum forming machines we are able to produce part sizes and geometric versions up to a clamping frame size of maximum 3,000 x 1,500 mm resp. 2,500 x 2,000 mm.

 

We process all marketable plastic materials, like e. g. PS, ABS, ABS-PMMA, ABS-TPO, TPU, PP, HDPE a.s.o.

 

After thermoforming process the plastic parts are trimmed via milling machines and milling robots according to CAD data.

 

Vacuum laminating is extraordinary suitable for exterior and interior trim parts in moderate quantities for the caravan-, commercial vehicle- and automotive industry.

 

The thermoforming technology was established in 1964 at our building site in Neureichenau.
