The advantages of Press Laminating are based on the one-shot procedure, where a laminating process is carried out during a pressing process.

 

A carrier material made of polyester fleece or PP/glass fibre fleece and the decorative material are inserted simultaneously in an upper and lower die with accurate outlines and afterwards molded and pressed in one operation. Afterwards the pressed parts are trimmed via waterjet according to CAD data.

 

These laminated parts impress with low weight and a high-quality sound insulation; thus they are extraordinary suitable for interior components in automobiles.

 

At our building site in Neureichenau we produce with this technology headliners for the commercial vehicle industry as well as diverse trim parts.
