Laminating Laminating Laminating
Laminating
Vacuum Laminating and Press Laminating

In both procedures carriers made of plastic or steel sheet with high-quality surfaces, like e. g. film, leather or textile, are durable joined at economical production costs.

During vacuum laminating process the component to be laminated is at first moistened with adhesive, after that the decorative material is heated and sucked on the carrier under vacuum.

During press laminating process, in contrast, the heated carrier moistened with adhesive is positioned in the tool together with the decorative material and pressed together with upper and lower die.

At Neureichenau we produce vacuum laminated top storage compartment lids and tarpaulins for convertible cars; at our building site in Hungary we build press laminated headliners for RHT vehicles.
